He was born in Atlanta but has lived in five different states. Elae pursued this internship with Bogues Consulting Group because he saw the potential the company had to enhance his skill in public relations and research. Though public relations is not his focus, he felt that securing his internship would be a great vehicle to improve his skills and make him more marketable to an employer post-graduation. Before joining the BCG team, Elae prided himself in his writing and content creation. He has previously worked with two newspapers, the Chicago Crusader and the Washington Informer, where he gained experience in producing articles and meeting deadlines.

During his time with BCG, Elae has focused on honing his craft by learning new tools and processes, including using Canva to create graphics and social media content, using Excel sheets to organize his work, and producing top-tier work to the best of his ability. His favorite thing about working with BCG so far has been the opportunities he has been given to showcase his knowledge and skill, and the helpful team environment. His motivation and drive come from his family, along with his desire to be great at anything he does in life. Elae’s long-term goals are to one day become a voice over actor and sports manager.
