Patrick is a junior studying at USC located in South Carolina. Although he goes to school there, he also resides in Columbia, SC. Patrick is studying sports & entertainment management. In particular, he focuses on the scenes of sports like basketball – NBA, WNBA, NCAAM, and NCAAW.
Leading up to college and alongside sports, Patrick took part in DECA for four years. He competed and got placed in the Top 6 In Georgia. Following such an accomplishment, he was then placed in the Top 20 percentile in the world during his junior year of high school.
Patrick enjoys sports, nightlife adventures, and spending time with his fiancé. Volunteering also holds a special place in his heart. Patrick’s mom is a special needs preschool teacher. Therefore, when he was growing up, he was always surrounded by that environment, which led him to take an interest in the matter. As he got older, he then took on this interest on his own, as it had such a special place in his heart. Currently, he is partaking in an internship program at USC, which was how he got introduced to this company.
This is his first professional work experience within his major. Before becoming a part of the Bogues Group team, Patrick worked in fast food for four years, he then got promoted to being a trainer. Once he got promoted, it opened up a new chapter for him because that’s where he met his now fiance. Moving forward through his college journey, once Patrick was a classified junior, the director within his department assured him he had to secure an internship. That is what led him to the Bogues Group. As time progressed at BG, he has learned about podcasting, strategic planning and social media marketing that will be applied to his career journey for years to come.
Caleb Lipsitt is a Sports Management major at the University of South Carolina. He’s from Boston, Massachusetts and has loved sports for as long as he can remember. Growing up in Boston at this time has been an amazing experience as a sports fan and he has witnessed 7 Championship parades. He enjoys all things sports and also

He enjoys all things sports and also likes listening to music, playing video games, and chess.
He knew he wanted to intern with the Bogues Group when he saw the listing on his Majors email listserv. Although Caleb is a basketball fan and had not yet heard of the 3 League OGs podcast, he did some research and knew it was something he wanted to be a part of. Growing up as an undersized basketball player, he always admired Muggsy and his favorite player for a while was Isaiah Thomas from the Celtics. When he saw there was an opportunity to work on something that he is actually passionate about, Caleb knew it was the internship for him.
He is very excited to learn all the ins and outs of what it takes to produce and create a podcast. He also wants to learn a better understanding of how to run a successful social media campaign and build a brand. Caleb has a goal of one day starting his own sports podcast, likely centered around basketball. This is a great step for him to learn more about managing a social media account for something he wants to pursue in the future. Overall he is very excited to work on content derived directly from former NBA legends.
