The Innovation Barn is a first-of-its-kind facility located in Charlotte, NC dedicated to promoting a better future through a circular economy, which focuses on eliminating waste and pollution, circulating products and materials at their highest value, and regenerating nature. Through recycling, upcycling, and best-in-class sustainability practices, the Innovation Barn is ESG goals.

Objective:

With such an innovative concept, the Innovation Barn is a popular, ground-breaking hub for field trips, business meetings, and events. The group came to Bogues Group to help generate buzz around their event space and initiate brand activation strategies, while also streamlining processes to drive the bottom line.

Our goals for the partnership include:

• Increase event bookings revenue by more than $3,000 monthly
• Streamline and manage the event booking process
• Automate and improve processes to manage inquiries
• PR / Influencer outreach

Challenges:

As a small, but mighty team, the Innovation Barn leadership team and staff are managing multiple aspects of the business. Event management and process improvement are integral pieces of the organization that drive revenue and add value. They are also easily defined and outsourceable to industry experts such as Bogues Group.

By freeing up this time, Innovation Barn leadership was able to re-allocate their resources to help promote Innovation Barn and educate local businesses and residents on the circular economy, which could generate $34 million in revenue and create nearly 500 jobs in Charlotte.
