America’s Tooth Fairy
Event Planning Case Study
How BCG used proven event planning and execution strategies to increase brand awareness and achieve measurable goals.
OVERVIEW
When it comes to event planning and successful execution the devil really is in the details. BCG assists clients with structuring specific and clear event goals, using the SMART framework as a guide. This has been around for a while – because it works. Your goals should be: Specific, Measurable, Achievable, Relevant and Time-bound.
America’s Tooth Fairy National Children’s Oral Health Foundation (ATF) originally headquartered in Chicago, IL recently relocated its headquarters to Charlotte, NC. Since the nonprofit moved to a new city and market, they were interested in connecting with a team that had deep ties and local connections. BCG’s owner has been apart of the Charlotte Community for over 30 years and built up a network of quality vendors. After a thorough consultation, creating event design boards, we were able to access the client’s needs and goals. It was BCG’s job to execute the nonprofit’s fundraising event with high efficiency while keeping an eye on the budget.
> “As a nonprofit, our team is small but mighty. Bogues Consulting Group came in and handled every detail of our event which allowed our staff to work the room and speak to potential donors.”
